My goal is for you to be completely happy with your photographs. All photos must be returned to our company within two weeks of receipt of your photo package. The entire package must be enclosed. Orders paid for with a credit card will be refunded to the card, please allow 7-10 days for processing. If payment was made with cash or check a refund check will be mailed to you within two weeks of request for refund.

 All photographs will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless discussed before finalizing the order.
